]]> Built up an Enterprise Architecture of the Federal Transport Authority (FTA), so that the government of Ethiopia can completely re-introduce a set of new integrated systems: Citizen Drivers License system, Vehicle Registration system, Penalty Management system and Road Traffic Accident monitoring and reporting. Firstly, Architected As-Is primarily the Business Architecture so that together we could better define the To-Be Business and IT Architecture. This took the form of various deliverables. As-Is Architecture, To-Be Architecture and a Terms of Reference for scoping out a programme of work as part of an RFP to be released internationally, to acquire a set of firms who will implement the various solutions.
