]]> A short piece of work to Establish a baseline As-Is Enterprise Architecture for the Municipality, so that they firstly meet their Policy Framework requirements from Provincial and National Government to establish and operate an Enterprise Architecture by 2019.

Secondly to assist the CIO/IT Manager in understanding the Business more accurately, to offer a solid baselined Architecture. This then allows for a coherent To-Be well planned set of strategic IT Services to be defined and to publish a Roadmap taking the Municipality forward.
