Charles’ knowledge and experience in EA resulted in him being able to quickly and accurately document the current state of Knysna Municipality’s Enterprise Architecture. Charles used various sources of information (meetings, existing documentation, legislation) to produce an Enterprise Architecture that was easy to understand and translate for business users. Charles’ ability to translate the municipality’s business into an EA resulted in the project getting significant buy in from business users which in turn resulted in expediting additional information gathering sessions.

Charles was able to work efficiently and effectively and managed to produce a deliverable that was beyond expectation at a time when the municipality was experiencing significant disruption due to the Knysna Fire Disaster.
